Learning centre idling
The Shimeck Learning Centre built by the US - Sri Lanka Friendship Association at Monrovia Estate in Ratgama is idling even three years after its opening.
This association also put up 50 houses for tsunami victims, all at a cost of US$ 300,000. The Learning Centre is a two-storey building equipped with a library, computer room, a child development unit and a foreign language learning unit.
Computers, library books, pre-school education equipment, cupboards, chairs and other valuable office equipment are lying idle here. The centre was opened by First Lady Ms. Shiranthi Rajapaksa on January 16, 2006.

Bunch of egoistic people cursed by and ruling te country of pure natural kind people but slave to Mahendra barbarianismn stupidity, Almost all Minority in tat country are living in fear being extinct from the land they were born equaly with dignity! Becoming independant wwwwill save the Tamils there from being marginilised by corrupted and dirty Aryans occupying the central government with a vengeance over Tamils and Tamilnaadu. Tamils should decide Tamilnaadu future!!!
